Two Middle Creek players make commitments

Posted January 28, 2013

Two football players at Middle Creek High School have made verbal commitments, head football coach Mike Castellano said Sunday evening.

Offensive lineman Blake Aaron, a two-year starter for the Mustangs, has verbally committed to Campbell. Aaron is the third Mustang from the Class of 2013 to commit to Campbell.

Fellow offensive lineman Brian Hughes committed to Methodist.

Middle Creek compiled an 11-2 overall record this season, including a perfect 8-0 mark in the Tri-9 4-A Conference to claim the league title. The Mustangs fell to Leesville Road in the second round of the state playoffs.

Castellano believes more Mustangs will be making commitments in the coming days.
