Looks as though this years indoor season will bring some amazing times....GNRC meet yesterday at Clayton clocked some times that weren't even run until January of last year....Knights look strong again....

Two US #1's by Cummings-7:43 55 Hurdles, Knightdale-3:27 4x400 Relay even though it's early these are great times to start the indoor season....

Terry Sanford looked pretty good. They have only competed once so far but held their own. Jahmaal Daniel and Phillip Hall didn't compete, so when those two get back they should be better.
