Several teams suffered losses in the OT Top 10 boys poll last week, causing many shifts.
J.F. Webb came from behind to defeat Person for the second time this season on Friday night, and the Warriors retain their No. 1 spot.
Clayton moves into No. 2 after Broughton, who was previously ranked No. 2, lost to unranked Millbrook on Friday. The Caps fell to No. 4 while Millbrook, the preseason No. 1, moved back into the poll at No. 10.
Northern Durham jumped four spots from No. 7 to No. 3. After losing the first game of the year to Garner, the Knights have not lost since and defeated Garner last week.
Person dropped from No. 4 to No. 5 after the loss to J.F. Webb.
Hillside and Leesville Road enter the poll for the first time this season. The Hornets are No. 7 while Leesville Road is No. 8.
Garner dropped to No. 9 after its loss to Northern Durham.
Knightdale, Middle Creek and Triton all dropped out of the poll this week.
