Southern Durham's Cameron commits to West Virginia

According to Southern Durham football coach Adrian Jones, Cameron, a member of the Class of 2015, committed to the Mountaineers on Tuesday.

Cameron, who stands at 5-foot-10 and 180 pounds, has helped the Spartans to a 10-2 record this season, including an undefeated mark in the Big Eight 3-A Conference.

So far this season, Cameron has carried the ball 73 times for 693 yards and 10 touchdowns. Through the air, he has caught 10 passes for 193 yards and one touchdown.

Cameron also returns kicks for the Spartans. This season, Cameron has returned 9 kicks for 402 yards and three touchdowns.

West Virginia offered Cameron in June.
