Northern Durham boys atop Triangle basketball poll

With just one loss on the season so far, Northern Durham's boys basketball team is the top-ranked team in the HighSchoolOT.com Triangle Top 12 Poll.
The Knights post a 13-1 overall record and have won nine straight games since a 72-68 loss to Mt. Zion in November.
Northern is averaging over 75 points per game with an average winning-margin of nearly 25 points.
Second in the poll this week is Millbrook, who is 12-3 on the season. One of the Wildcats' losses came to Northern Durham in November, 70-53.
Since the Christmas break, Millbrook has won three games by an average of 34 points.
Panther Creek, Clayton and Knightdale round out the top five.
