NCHSAA regional basketball schedule released

The N.C. High School Athletic Association has released the regional basketball schedule.

Regionals will be held Mar. 5-9, in Fayetteville (East) and Greensboro (West). The Eastern Regionals are at Crown Coliseum and Crown Arena while the West Regionals are at UNC-Greensboro and the Greensboro Coliseum.

Winners of the regionals advance to the state championships at the Dean E. Smith Center in Chapel Hill and Reynolds Coliseum in Raleigh.

Eastern Regional Semifinals:

Games will be played at 7:00 & 8:30 p.m.

Tuesday, Mar. 5: 4A Boys (Coliseum), 1A Girls (Arena)

Wednesday, Mar. 6: 4A Girls (Coliseum), 1A Boys (Arena)

Thursday, Mar. 7: 3A Girls (Coliseum), 2A Boys (Arena)

Friday, Mar. 8: 3A Men (Coliseum), 2A Girls (Arena)

Eastern Regional Finals:

All games Saturday, Mar. 9.

12:00 PM - 4A Boys (Coliseum), 1A Girls (Arena)

2:00 PM - 4A Girls (Coliseum), 1A Boys (Arena)

4:00 PM - 3A Girls (Coliseum), 2A Boys (Arena)

6:00 PM - 3A Boys (Coliseum), 2A Girls (Arena)

Western Regional Semifinals:

Games will be played at 7:00 & 8:30 p.m.
