One night after a hard fought win over Broughton, Sanderson wasn't a trap game for Millbrook.
The Wildcats used an incredible defensive effort in the first half to pull away from the Spartans early.
Millbrook held Sanderson scoreless in the first quarter and went into the second quarter up 14-0.
Not much changed in the second quarter. While Millbrook added 17 points, the defense held Sanderson to just four points, as the Wildcats enjoyed a 31-4 lead at halftime.
Scoring picked up some for Sanderson in the second half, but by then the hole was too deep as Millbrook only allowed three Sanderson players to score in the game.
Millbrook was led by Mykia Jones' 14 points. Briana Day added 13 for Millbrook and Katelyn Mitchell had 11.
Ten Millbrook players scored in the game.
