Millbrook remains the top-ranked team in the HighSchoolOT.com Triangle OT Top 10 Girls Basketball Poll this week.

The Wildcats have been the No. 1 team in the poll since the preseason polls were released in October.

Millbrook is undefeated at 16-0 on the season and won a national invitational tournament in South Carolina over Christmas break. 

Southeast Raleigh is also 16-0 this season. The Bulldogs are ranked No. 2 in the poll this week.

Green Hope, Holly Springs and Hillside round out the top five.
