Person has started the season out really well. Not sure how they're going to do against the entire conference, but I don't think they're going to finish last barring injury. The name Tyrone Outlaw has returned to Person High basketball and the PAC-6. Hopefully, it will be as loathed by Person's opponents as it was when it outplayed Courtney Alexander.

kennywalters - Tyrone Outlaw, Jr. is good...saw him play this summer with the Durham Hurricanes. Pretty good kid from what I've seen too.

Think the rankings are going to change tremendously in the conf. Don't think Riverside or SHS will do as well as folks projected. Saw Outlaw, Jr play this summer, and yep, he is good. Person should surprise some folks. Season should be interesting.

As a matter of fact, the Hurricane team I saw Outlaw, Jr play with in a tourney this summer, they were quite good.

well person didnt surprise southern durham. last night evan collins gave them 20 points. no answer on defense. surprise it was that close. but that Outlaw kid is pretty athletic. wish the best for him. but as for the teamm.. no hope. maybe they will finish second to last. no offense to them but they need to play defense. letting a point guard score the most in unheard of. that prince kid .. no surprise hes good. southern has turned my head. i'm going to the southern at jordan game this friday. should be a good one.

Southern needs some work, so I wouldn't put them up there just yet. They will be fine though if the attitudes and whining stay in check. As for Collins should have scored 20 last night considering the comp. from what you are saying. Good luck to SHS this season.

Can someone please talk about the top of the PAC-6. Jordan beat East Chapel Hill and East Chapel Hill beat Riverside. Who is going to win it.

WElll southern is playing jordan tonight at 7 at jordan high school so the outcome of this and who beats east twice would win but im strongly going with southern right now tonight

Playing JV for Northern but, maybe on a key contributor in the future for Northern's Varsity squad - Ricky Council Jr., Ricky Council Jr., Ricky Council Jr. Remember the name because I'm sure you'll remember his game :)

Northern beat down Riverside tonight. An 18 point win, 63-45, was highlighted by Deangelo Hopkins and Quincy Drye having big games. Northern dropped their first 2 conference games to Person and Jordan, but looked really good tonight.
