SWAC Conference Taking Over the Tri-9

The formerly known Tri-9 conference will have its name changed to Southwest Wake Athletic Conference due to Lee County becoming a 3A team. Also, a West Apex High School is being built in 2015. Will that affect the conference in any way with basketball/athletics?
