RE: 3-A East Boys Basketball Playoff Projections
Hunt a No. 2 AND a No. 16 seed? Does that mean the Warriors' reserves will go as the 16 and the starters will be the 2?
RE: 3-A East Boys Basketball Playoff Projections
That was a typo on my part. The No. 16 is Conley, No. 2 is Hunt.
RE: 3-A East Boys Basketball Playoff Projections
Rocky Mount a No. 6 at 14-2?? Thats tough.
RE: 3-A East Boys Basketball Playoff Projections
Okay.... The re-match between Rocky Mount and Hunt is coming up this week. So what you are saying is that Hunt will will that game, because at 15-2 (If RM defeats Hunt)there is NO WAY Hunt wil be the number one seed. People are always knocking The Grypons. These are the same that projected that a Hunt football team would be competitive against NG...so we will see...
RE: 3-A East Boys Basketball Playoff Projections
No. We are projecting this based on the fact that Hunt is No. 1 RIGHT NOW. Even if Hunt loses to Rocky Mount, the two are tied for first place in the conference (assuming neither team loses to the other). That tie will be broken head to head in the conference tournament, or based on who goes further in the conference tournament. The overall record will NOT break a tie.
So yes, if Rocky Mount beats Hunt, then Hunt can still be the No. 1 seed.
