Lot of unhappy people...especially staff. Don't know how many will leave but there are issues

Let's see... the football coach tripled his supplement by becoming an AD and the ex-soccer coach/AD takes a job at a private school for more money and managing fewer sports and fewer students with no teaching responsibilities. So, the question should be: why are the two Panther Creek coaches trying to make more money?

it's a known fact that the entire staff is micromanaged. 80% put in for a transfer tripled is supplement?? check that

Are you one of the 80%? Are you being micromanaged? How do you know what is going on there unless you are there? As for the AD tripling his supplement: the AD is paid a supplement for each season and he is a 12 month employee. So check that.

olddb39...fortunately I was left two years ago but am close with current teachers...principal won't allow any transfers...u r correct about supplement but doubt AD is 12 months anymore. due to budget cuts assistant principals and AD's were cut two years ago. out of control!!!

I thought all AD's were 12 month positions...but maybe I am wrong, but 3 supplements would equal a supplements 2 more seasons..if that is still the case. Many schools are having a lot of turnover...I am thinking it is more to do with the lack of raise that school employees have not received.
