RE: Which schools will make a coaching change
In regard to the Cary WBB turnover. I wasn't critizing the coaches. My question is are the "powers to be" facilitating the coaches. I know the list above, and Coach Kent isn't the first Head WBB at Cary not to work at the school.Hard to build a program without committment from higher up.Just curious if they would treat other sports the same. 7 coaches in 20 years is a lot, regardless of the reasons.
RE: Which schools will make a coaching change
that's a good point oldcoach...to my knowledge most of the coaches on staff are teachers. They brought in baseball coach last year. Seems like they could find a staff position for a good girls coach. Might mean you have to work hard to find one...
RE: Which schools will make a coaching change
Neil should get the first look at that job...he's done a good job with the JV's for years, he teaches good defense and strategies are sound.
RE: Which schools will make a coaching change
everyone thinks their JV coach is good. If he was good, there would have been better skilled players at Cary. Instead, they may had been the most poorly skilled team in raleigh/cary/apex.
RE: Which schools will make a coaching change
don't think JV coach will be one of the A list candidates. The AD said in a quote to the paper that they are looking for someone who is on staff at Cary High School. I don't believe the JV coach works at the school...please correct me if I am wrong
RE: Which schools will make a coaching change
I agree with you ntheweeds..
