Many basketball games moved to Wednesday

Several area high school basketball games were moved to Wednesday this week because of the short school week.

As area schools move from the first semester to the second semester, some school did not have school on Tuesday. Schools were off on Monday for Martin Luther King Jr. Day as well.

Due to the different schedule, many area high school basketball games were moved from the usual Tuesday night to Wednesday night.

Some games that were postponed last week due to the winter weather will also be made up on Wednesday night.
