Gill, Ravenscroft take down United Faith to reach finals
Ravenscroft got double-figure scoring from Anton Gill and Madison Jones to take down United Faith Christian Academy 53-41 in the semifinal round of the Summit Hospitality Bracket. The Ravens used strong third and fourth quarters to secure the victory in a low-scoring battle with the Falcons.

St. Raymond hangs on, eliminates Millbrook
It wasn't easy for the Ravens from St. Raymond High School Thursday afternoon against Millbrook, but thanks to 13 points and 10 rebounds from Nkeruwem Okoro and some clutch free throw shooting by Shane Rector late they were able to escape with a 60-56 victory.

Miller School used a dominant second half performance, hot shooting from outside and 22 points from Andrew White to take down Body of Christ 87-63 in consolation play of the Summit Hospitality Bracket Thursday afternoon.

The basketball players on the 32 competing teams may be the focus of the HighSchoolOT.com Holiday Invitational, but the Triangle Educational Advancement Foundation uses proceeds from the tournament to fund 10 scholarships each year valued at $5,000 each.
