Garner-Clayton to face off Jan. 23

One of the best rivalries in the Greater Neuse River Conference will be renewed on Jan. 23.

The boys and girls basketball game between Garner and Clayton, originally scheduled for last Friday, have been rescheduled for Jan. 23.

Friday's game was postponed due to the death of Clayton student-athlete Hogan Teem.

The girls game will tip-off at 6:30 p.m., and the boys game will follow at 8 p.m.
