At the end of each football season, a group of staff at HighSchoolOT.com, WRAL-TV and 99.9 FM The Fan sit down to work on a list of some of the top high school football players in the Triangle area.
Since this is an all-area team and HighSchoolOT.com's coverage area includes many different areas where other media outlets publish all-area teams, the All-OT Team is limited to Triangle area teams and players.
Input is asked of area coaches, while the staff committee ultimately makes the final decisions.
