BETTER COACH - 0 TO 6 WINS OR 10 TO 11 WINS?
Is it building a program that has a history of losing or maintaining a program that has a history of winning? What is the better coaching job?
RE: BETTER COACH - 0 TO 6 WINS OR 10 TO 11 WINS?
Depends on a lot of factors...how many returning players for example. It's hard to get to the top and its hard to stay there.

I think it also depends on the coach. Some coaches don't have the patience for turning a program around. Coaches who want to win "right now" probably won't be successful turning a program around.

In College where you recruit, the better coaching job is the one that builds a good program from a bad program. It's harder to recruit good football talent if your team is consistently bad. In High School it would be to stay at the top year after year.
