I'm sure it is for the best, but triangle schools will continue to play each other repeatedly in the the 4A playoffs. With about 96 4A schools in the state that means 48 eastern schools which in turn means 23 of them from Wake Co. alone. Throw in the Durham 4As and you've got over half the east. You guys will be playing each other over and over again.

lazy...I agree, wake county will still play a signifigant amount of playoff games against each other, but, at least without the POD system, you won't get 2 10 win teams playing in the first round, or teams with better records traveling to schools with less wins, but higher conference finishes....
