Any update on Sanderson new coach search?

I am worried because the coach who resigned is also Athletic Director and will be hiring his own replacement. Makes no sense to me that a coach who was like 5 and 38 is in position to hire someone to do the job he could not do.

Perhaps they should ask you to do it?
The AD at the school should have a say in who is hired.
Have they started the process yet?

I believe the AD said the search would begin immediately. Does the coach need to teach as well? If so, I would think it's difficult to fill the position during the school year if there are no classes to teach.

Yeah Coach Lewis who has at at least 20 years of coaching experience won't know how to hire a head coach. Raleigh Rocks we all know your hate for Coach Lewis. But you really need to find another hobby other than to hate and bash on a coach that put his mind, heart, time and effort into a program that STRUGGLED WAY BEFORE HE WAS HEAD COACH.

Didn't Ron Clark, former Enloe coach, just start coaching there. Didn't they also coach together years ago?

I meant I knew someone who is interested in the job....not a current Leesville coach. Leesville has at least one more assistant ready to be a head coach, but I don't think Sanderson is in his plans.
