Butler vs Mallard Creek

Sounds like Butler handled MC pretty well 24-0 at half and 27-6 final with 4 lost turnovers, MC had the ball at the 32 or better 4 straight times - 6 pts...Held North to 5 yards rushing and 0 catches...D was supposed to be suspect with 3 starters back...wow...Davie took out Page...Porter Ridge won...Indy...Dudley over SD...Only the 1st week but the west is going to be tough...

Butler, Mallard Creek, and Indy are Charlotte schools, Porter Ridge just outside, Dudley and Page are Greensboro, Davie is West of Winston-Salem...there are a couple of other schools in the Charlotte area that made runs late last year and return some key players...all due respect to the East, but if Richmond is seeded West (and it is still early, I know) that bracket will be loaded...
