Richmond County is a very good team year in and year out, no doubt about it. I just have a hard time believing that an 8-3 team who lost their 1st round playoff game and finished the season on a 2 game losing streak is suddenly the best team in the state.

Go out there and prove it, and I'll eat my words. Results come on the field.

Richmond may be loaded, but they will not beat the Scots this year. Richmond is bigger and stronger than last year. But they should be. Scotland wax them and could have scored 60 points on them. A lot of Richmond's players return but their returning players were not better than Scotland's juniors who watched on the sidelines last year. Richmond's defense cannot handle speed. And thats what they will see when they play Scotland. And Richmond will be like a person who got into a dogfight and was soundly whipped. Whipped so bad that when they see that person again they change directions. Richmond used to have a mental edge on Scotland. But times have changed. The Scots will concentrate on one game at a time. But Richmond will be there when we get there. We (fans) are looking forward to claiming wins at Jack Britt and Richmond. We want to knock that chip of jack Britt's shoulder.

If its the first game of the year, why is eveyrone proclaiming Richmond and Jack Britt as powerhouses. I am speaking up for the Scots. Why should I ease up and everyone else is making claims. I am just acknowledging the Scots as one of the best. People dont have to agree. They will when we defeat the teams they are saying is so outstanding. They will see. (Watch the scoreboard).
