jonestae71; No disrespect, but EE Smith hasn't won a meaningful game in Cumberland County in a while and all of a sudden you have them winning the conference? Do you know something that I don't? They have turned things around and are playing competitive ball again, but I don't see them winning the Mid-South...

Spots 4-6 are too close to call for me. SV has some Big holes to fill on the Defense. They have a big time recruit on the D-line but that secondary and LB corps lost some very good players. 71st isn't as strong at HB this season and they may have to throw the ball more than Bob Paroli would like, but they are always tough on defense. Terry Sanford got rid of some problem kids from last years team and have moved some guys around. They have A LOT of speed on the offense so they should score more points this season.

@kentbarefoot aye man I feel you but they return over 9 starters on defense and 8 and offense. Seen them in some 7-7 a few weeks ago and they look sharpe. We will see what these teams bring in these scrimmages and jamboree this week
