I am pretty sure Lbeck knows who the AD is at Clayton. I think he was just trying to prove a point.

waggle, I agree, not sure what happened to Bishop's life that involved Clayton or Coach Fowler, but it is pretty obvious he has a vendetta or a strong dislike for Clayton and/or Coach Fowler. Who knows, but it is kind of sad that a HS or HS coach bothers someone this much.

No one knows whats going on at Clayton right now, they have changed everything up! you think the will be running the ball as much as last year, thats a no! They have put in a whole new offense! Cleveland has no defense at all! They arent good a handling a running team or throwing team! Clayton has most of the back field coming back from last year and a great receiver!

Cleveland has only scrimaged cleveland once and it was a jv scrimage not even varsity! Cleveland conference isnt very good they play no one! Clayton could go into that conference and win! How would Cleveland match up to southeast or garner ? Not good at all! Cleveland wont even scrimage clayton! or play us in the HW 70 pigskin game!

Your first sentence pretty much says it all, especially the "not sure" part, which I will gladly expound on. The following are just a few facts that you need to be aware of:

Fact #1 - I don't know Coach Fowler and have never even spoken to him. In fact, if you take a stroll through the archives, you'll see that the only time I ever mentioned him, it was complimentary. Vendetta or dislike? Au contraire!

Fact #2 - As an avid GT & CHS Ram fan, I honestly don't care what goes on at Clayton High, just responding to those across the way who feel compelled to create cute little threads or post comments for the specific purpose of undermining CHS. If my defense of Cleveland serves as a source of tension for Clayton fans.....I'll say a prayer. A trip through the archives will more than prove my point.

Fact#3 - I have posted a few comments with respect to Clayton High football but those posts are fact-based or simply my opinion. Either way, the numbers don't lie & everyone is entitled to an opinion.

Fact#4 - Clayton is in the GNRC, along with the Garner Trojans, and Comet fans really should spend more time worrying about their nemesis up the road. There appears to be a priority issue with a select few Comet fans. But hey, if focusing on the CHS Rams gets you through the day, so be it.

Fact #5 - The Trojans and Rams had fantastic seasons in 2011 &, as a fan, I'm looking for more of the same from both in 2012.

Lastly, for those fans across the way who are more concerned with the Rams versus their own programs, it's kinda.....hard to believe and rather telling.

kp4lif...so you are saying the Cleveland is scared to play Clayton...you have got to be kidding me....Morris and Co. are scared of no one...they will scrimmage Garner (will get kicked pretty good) scotland (same will happen) but trust me they are not afraid of playing Clayton....
