Why Wake Forest- Rolesville will win the cap 8 ths year

Although WFR has lost some of its players to transfers, WFR has a history of commitment to their program, so when these kids leave and other kids come in to their position they will be commited to their positions that they are in. The coaching staff is incredible and even though wfr went 2nd last year, they still live by 3 words, commitment, accountability, and trust- CAT confrence results- 1. wfr 2- leesville 3- wakefield 4- millbrook 5- broughton 6- heritage 7- enloe 8 heritage

WFR only returns 2 starters on defense. The whole defensive line is gone. The whole offensive line is gone except one. Wakefield and Leesville are the front runners to win the Cap 8.

I wouldn't worry about Leesville losing their offensive line. The same was true last season. The O-Line will be just fine. They will have a very balanced offensive attack with the majority of their defense returning.
