They won the championship buT i HAVENT HEARD if any of them signed anywhere

I hope academics was being stressed with these young men and not just a emphasis on winning a state championship, I find it odd that no offers have been announced for any of these young men.

I read a while back the QB, Quick signed with NC A&T. Don't know about any of the others.

Either they had a great coach to win a state championship with non college signees or they can't get into college. Just being honest cause that's hard to believe how that can happen.

WOW! I hope some of those kids did receive offers.. Man that is part of the coaches job is to help the ones that have potential to get to the next level.

It would be sad if those young men were used to bring glory to Scotland High with no end result for themselves, stress on education starts at home but coaches play a major role in the process as well. Programs that are winning and placing students in school should be commended because its a difficult task.

Scotland County had 2 players sign with NC A & T, 3 players sign with St. Augustine, and 2 players sign with UNC-Pembroke. This is according to those respective schools websites.

3 Scotland football players headed to N.C. A&T

LAURINBURG - Kwashaun Quick, Tony McRae and Seyyon Moody have been through a lot together in their football careers at Scotland High School.

After capping their prep journey with the NCHSAA 4-A state championship, all three players decided to continue their careers at N.C. A&T.

Scotland coach Chip Williams said he thinks the fit is perfect - for the players and the school.

"I think it's a huge win for A&T," Williams said. "I think each of the guys looked at their options and decided that this was the best place for them."
