The Ravenscroft boys' basketball team lost for the first time this season, 76-45, to Arden Christ School in the first round of the Chick-fil-a Classic in Columbia, S.C., on Saturday.

Christ School (13-0) is ranked #16 nationally in the ESPNU poll.

The Ravens’ leading scorers were senior Ryan Kelly with 15 and senior Matt Wilson with 9. Christ School was led by senior Mason Plumlee with 22 points and senior Lakeem Jackson with 12.

Ravenscroft (9-1) will face Miller School of Virginia (5-2) in the consolation bracket of the tournament at 2:15 p.m. on Monday.

The Ravens are in the midst of grueling stretch in which they play seven games in 12 days.
