Scout.com is reporting four official visits for Ravenscroft senior Ryan Kelly in the coming weeks.
Kelly will visit Vanderbilt the weekend of Aug. 30, followed by Wake Forest and Notre Dame on the following weekends. During the weekend of Sept. 20, Kelly will visit Georgetown.
Georgetown coach John Thompson III was an assistant coach on the USA Basketball U18 team this summer. The national team won the silver medal in the FIBA America's Tournament, falling to host country Argentina in the gold medal game.
In July, Kelly told 99.9 FM The Fan's Mark Thomas and Scott Jackson that Thompson had not been using the opportunity to recruit him.
Kelly recently narrowed his list to six schools, including all four schools that he will take official visits to.
The other two schools are North Carolina and Duke.
Kelly is expected to meet with Tar Heel head coach Roy Williams soon, and will sit down with Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski when he returns to North Carolina from the Olympics in Beijing, China.
Duke is the only school on his list of six that has not offered him a scholarship.
Scout.com lists Kelly as a five-star prospect, and the No. 4 power forward in the country.
