Preseason NFL coverage could delay the start of "Football Friday" on WRAL-TV Friday night.
CBS Sports will air the preseason football game between the Chicago Bears and the New York Giants beginning at 8 p.m. on Friday. If the game runs past 11 p.m., the start of "Football Friday" could be delayed.
WRAL-TV News will air following the NFL game, followed by a full 30-minute episode of "Football Friday."
The start time for "Football Friday" will be posted on HighSchoolOT.com shortly after 11 p.m. To receive a text alert about the start time, text "OT" to 46988.
This week, "Football Friday" plans to cover 26 games involving 52 teams in the viewing area. HighSchoolOT.com will have more coverage with written stories, slideshows and highlights from area games.
At 6:30 p.m., listen to the "HighSchoolOT GameNight" show on 620 The Buzz, then at 7 p.m., flip over to 99.9 FM The Fan ESPN Radio to hear live play-by-play coverage of the game between Millbrook and Knightdale.
Both radio shows can be heard live on HighSchoolOT.com as well.
