Northwood's Wolfe signs with Brevard

Northwood High School girls basketball player Shelby Wolfe will continue her basketball career at the next level.

Wolfe signed a National Letter of Intent with Brevard College, a Division-II school in the South Atlantic Conference.

The Chargers recorded a 26-4 record this past season, winning the Carolina 12 1A/2A Conference and advancing to the N.C. High School Athletic Association 2-A Eastern Regional Semifinal. Northwood lost to county rival Jordan-Matthews in the regional semifinal, 63-49.

Wolfe is a 5-foot-10 guard for the Chargers.
