WFR looking for one more team for Pigskin

Wake Forest-Rolesville is looking to add one more football team to the Friday Night Pigskin Kick-off jamboree this summer.

The scrimmage, which typically takes place on Friday night, will be played on Thursday, Aug. 12, at Wake Forest-Rolesville's Trintini Stadium.

One of the teams scheduled to participate in the scrimmage dropped out late last week, leaving one spot open.

If your team is interested, please contact head coach Reggie Lucas at rlucas2@wcpss.net or athletic director Don Murry at dmurry@wcpss.net.

Lucas anticipates releasing the scrimmage schedule at some point this week.
