RALEIGH — Leesville Road lineman Carson Moss picked up his first football offer Friday from Brown, the rising senior told HighSchoolOT.com.

The 6-foot-2, 275-pound Moss plays on both sides of the ball at center, guard and tackle positions. He is also a long snapper for the Pride.

Moss went to the prospect camp at Brown last month, one stop in a series of camps he is making this summer. He also attended camps at Duke, Yale and Harvard, and plans to go to the Princeton and Cornell camps later this month.

Moss has a 4.625 grade point average and scored a 2050 on his SAT.

HighSchoolOT.com was conducting an interview with Moss on Friday evening when he found out he had his first offer. You can read more about Moss in a special "On The Trail" feature Saturday afternoon.
