You might have your own opinion of who will go No. 1 in the 2010 NBA draft. But those who have seen John Wall play in person these past years at Raleigh's Word of God know what the deal is.
Jeff Goodman released his projections of the first round in 2010. He has Wall going No. 1 overall. There are a few other locals that crowd the first round. Ed Davis of North Carolina is listed at No. 3. Al-Farouq Aminu is No. 4.
Then a few more local names pop up as UNC freshmen John Henson is in there at No. 9, Duke's Kyle Singler is No. 23 and freshmen Mason Plumlee is No. 27.
Goodman seems to be really high on Plumlee and even says he may not go pro after his freshmen year. Good news for Duke fans to have some peace of mind in that a good big man might finally be coming to campus. It's been a while.
