According to head coach Earl Smith, Wake Forest-Rolesville quarterback Tim Hartman signed with Campbell this past weekend, while linebacker Taylor Jenks signed with Guilford College.

Hartman threw for nearly 1,400 yards and 19 touchdowns. The senior also rushed for 309 yards last season, scoring three touchdowns.

Wake Forest-Rolesville finished the season 12-3 overall and 5-1 in the Cap 7 Conference. Their record was good enough to give them the Cap 7 title. The Cougars also made a playoff run to the 4-AA Eastern Regional Final where they lost to Jack Britt, 27-16.
