Tarboro High School running back Todd Gurley will announce his college decision on Friday. According to ESPN, the senior tailback has narrowed his choices to the University of North Carolina, North Carolina State University, Georgia and Clemson.
Gurley, who was named the North Carolina Associated Press Player of the Year, will make his announcement at 2 p.m. on Friday at Tarboro High School.

This past season, Gurley ran for almost 2,600 yards and 36 touchdowns, helping the Vikings to third straight N.C. High School Athletic Association state championship. Gurley ran for 242 yards and four touchdowns in Tarboro's 39-36 win over Lincolnton in the championship game.
After being named the Most Valuable Player of the 2-A state championship game, Gurley participated in the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas where he rushed for two touchdowns, earning offensive MVP honors.
At 6-foot-1, Gurley is rated a 3-star prospect by Rivals.com. He has offers from Auburn, Clemson, Duke, East Carolina, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Maryland, Minnesota, NC State, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia Tech.
